I have always known that I wanted to pursue to acting professionally, and my first step into the industry was obtaining a place at a Drama School. I spent a fair bit of time and money auditioning, and managed to receive recalls, waiting list places and offers from drama schools such as RADA, LAMDA, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Oxford School of Drama, LIPA, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Queen Mary University London, Rose Bruford College, Guildford School of Drama and East 15 Acting School.
Auditions are a chance to network, show your range and ability to play with the text you have been given. But in order to turn that nerve wracking experience into something enjoyable, you have to be prepared. I wish I had the experience and confidence I have now, back when I first started. Whether you are auditioning for a drama school, an acting agent or a specific production, if you're looking for advise on self tapes/Zoom auditions, or if you just want to build up your confidence, then I can help you get there.

Sourcing material
I help you find appropriate monologues that suit your age, acting style, range and personality. A lot of people fall at the first hurdle by choosing the wrong speeches to audition with. It's important to find something appropriate that you can really connect with and that allows you to show your strengths as a performer.

Building confidence
I will offer more in-depth work on your chosen speeches. Making sure that you fully understand the text you're working with, the context of the material and the style of writing. Through rehearsing the speeches, I can help to make the words feel natural and help you to broaden your range. Together we will build your confidence so that you can really deliver on the day.

Mock auditions
I help break down the nerves that come with auditioning by showing you what you can expect and how to prepare for the day. Every audition is different but I will show you the basics that you can expect to encounter. I will take you through mock auditions which will include; redirection on your pieces, an informal chat, sight reading and some general Q&A’s.
